Your team, scaled

Our developers join your team as a seamless extension. English-speaking,
time zone-aligned, with global reach when needed.

The difference

We don't just build features, we take
ownership and drive your project forward.

Our developers integrate into your standups, use your tools, think in your product context. But they also
bring their own initiative: technical suggestions, code reviews, lessons learned from other projects.

English-speaking, and aligned to your project

Our developers communicate in English and integrate seamlessly into your daily meetings, your tools, and the product context. We select professionals based on the project's needs

Daily transparency on every ticket

Each working day ends with a comment on the ticket: what was done, what remains. You know where you stand every day.

One point of contact for everything commercial

Sebastian, directly reachable, no account-manager layers, no handoffs.

How We WorkFrom first call to a productive developer, in weeks, not months.
Initial conversation & briefIn a 30-minute conversation, we clarify your needs: technology stack, seniority level, engagement length, target onboarding date. You receive a written brief at the end of the call to circulate internally.
Contract structureWe align commercial terms, day rate or fixed-price, term length, notice periods, replacement guarantee. The contract is concluded under German law through Tuix GmbH.
Candidate selectionWithin 5-7 business days of your brief, we present 2-3 senior developer candidates with profiles, sample work, and a screening interview summary. You decide who to interview directly, we handle the coordination.
Onboarding & ramp-upOnce you've selected a developer, we handle onboarding: NDA, IP-transfer agreement under German law, tooling access, and ramp-up into your sprints. Typical productivity within 1-2 weeks; Daily Transparency Reports start on day one.
Replacement Guarantee
If a developer isn't the right fit, we replace them, at no additional cost.We present a new candidate within 5 business days, and the replacement developer's onboarding time is not charged. We want the engagement to work for you, so we carry the risk of a mismatch ourselves.

Daily Transparency Reports

No black boxes. Every active ticket gets an end-of-day comment.

What was done today, what steps remain, any blockers, written into your existing ticketing system. No new tool, no extra effort on your end.

You know where things stand, every dayNo weekly-status emails. No “how's it going?” check-ins required.
Problems become visible earlyWhen a ticket gets stuck, you see it on day one, not in a retrospective two weeks later.
Reliable documentation, by defaultEvery decision, workaround and lesson learned, captured in the ticket history for your teams.

Procurement FAQ

The questions buyers ask on the first call

Yes. The contract is concluded with Tuix GmbH (Sitz Reutlingen, HRB 780 970 Stuttgart, USt-IdNr. DE349428772) under German law. You receive German invoices with proper VAT handling. Tuix manages all contractor relationships with developers globally under separate agreements, you do not have direct contractor exposure.
All work product transfers to you upon delivery, code, designs, documentation, derivatives. The transfer happens under German IP law via the GmbH contract; the same IP-transfer clauses your other German vendors operate under. Sebastian can share the standard contract template on request.
Both are available depending on the engagement shape. Pure team augmentation (our developers integrated into your team, working under your direction) is structured as Dienstvertrag. Owned workstreams with defined deliverables are structured as Werkvertrag. We discuss which structure fits during the initial conversation; the contract reflects the actual working relationship.
All developers operate under contractual data-protection obligations matching German DSGVO standards. Tuix GmbH is the data processor of record; the data-protection chain runs through the German GmbH contract. For engagements involving personal data, we sign DPAs (Auftragsverarbeitungsverträge) matching your standard procurement templates. Sebastian can share the standard DPA template on request.
We provide a custom proposal after a brief scoping call. Pricing depends on seniority level, engagement length, and engagement shape (pure augmentation vs. owned workstreams). Typical engagements run on day-rate or monthly retainer structures; multi-month engagements receive committed-volume pricing.
We replace them, at our cost. We present a new candidate within 5 business days; the replacement developer's onboarding time is not charged. This is built into every contract. We carry the risk of a mismatch ourselves.
From signed contract to candidate presentations: 5–7 business days. From candidate selection to productive integration: typically 1–2 weeks. Total time from first conversation to a developer producing in your sprint: 3–4 weeks is typical, 2 weeks is possible for straightforward engagements.
Engagement size is flexible. Adding developers follows the same 5–7-day candidate timeline. Reducing the team requires standard notice (typically 30 days), we want to give the affected developer time to transition to another engagement, and we want to give you a clean off-ramp.
Yes, for well-defined scopes. Our preferred engagement is team augmentation because it produces better outcomes for evolving products. But we structure Werkvertrag-based fixed-price work where the scope justifies it. We're upfront when fixed-price doesn't fit a given engagement; we don't accept work we can't deliver well.
Our recruitment philosophy is talent-first globally, with a strong preference for time zones close to Germany. The current team works from four countries: Argentina, Brazil, and Colombia in South America (UTC-3 to UTC-5), and Armenia in the South Caucasus (UTC+4). Armenia operates in essentially the same business hours as Germany, 2–3 hours ahead at most, so Armenian developers can attend German morning standups and work the full European business day live. South American developers have 4–6 hours of working-day overlap with Germany (their morning, your afternoon), with the option to handle evening or early-morning work asynchronously. If the right candidate for your engagement is elsewhere in the world and you're comfortable with the timezone tradeoff, we'll recruit there too, timezone fit is part of every engagement conversation.
