LeadershipOne accountable partner, from first call to contract renewal.
I founded Tuix in 2021 to give German mid-sized companies and startups access to globally recruited senior engineering talent, structured through a German GmbH so that contracts, data protection, and IP transfer match what your procurement team expects.
Sebastian VizcainoCEO and Managing Director
Before Tuix, I worked as a software developer for 13 years. That experience shapes how we work with clients at Tuix: technically grounded, transparent, with no account-manager layers between you and the engineering team.
Languages: German, English, Spanish.

Who We Are
A dedicated global engineering team.Tuix is a dedicated team of senior software developers, working continuously since 2021. We're small enough that you work with the same engineers we introduce to you, and experienced enough to cover backend, frontend, mobile, DevOps and AI engineering for real products in production. Our mission is simple: give German mid-size companies and startups teams reliable access to senior engineering capacity, embedded in your team or owning a defined workstream, with the legal certainty of a German contracting partner behind every engagement.
How We WorkThree principles shape every engagement. We recruit worldwide for talent, with a strong preference for time zones close to Germany. Currently, experienced developers across Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, and Armenia work on our projects, English-speaking, with strong overlap on German working hours. When the right candidate is elsewhere and you're comfortable with the timezone tradeoff, we'll recruit there too.
We take ownership, not just ticketsWhen our developer joins your standup, they think alongside the team, proposing architecture improvements, challenging unclear requirements, reviewing your colleagues' code. We treat your product like it's our own.
We make progress visibleEvery ticket gets an end-of-day comment: what was done, what remains. No weekly status meetings, no "how's it going?" emails, you know where things stand every single day.
We build so you can continue without usLessons learned get documented, architecture decisions get captured in ARDs, knowledge gets embedded in your workflows. We don't want to be a permanent vendor, we want you running independently.
Our Signature Practice

Daily updates on every ticket. No black boxes.

At the end of each working day, every active ticket receives a comment with today's progress and the next steps, inside your existing ticketing system (Jira, Linear, GitHub Issues, whatever you use). No new tool, no extra effort on your end.

You know where things stand every day, no weekly status emails.
Problems surface on day one, not in a retrospective two weeks later.
Every decision and workaround stays documented in the ticket history.
