A dedicated global engineering team.Tuix is a dedicated team of senior software developers, working continuously since 2021. We're small enough that you work with the same engineers we introduce to you, and experienced enough to cover backend, frontend, mobile, DevOps and AI engineering for real products in production.Our mission is simple: give German mid-size companies and startups teams reliable access to senior engineering capacity, embedded in your team or owning a defined workstream, with the legal certainty of a German contracting partner behind every engagement.

Currently, experienced developers across Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, and Armenia work on our projects, English-speaking, with strong overlap on German working hours. When the right candidate is elsewhere and you're comfortable with the timezone tradeoff, we'll recruit there too.

At the end of each working day, every active ticket receives a comment with today's progress and the next steps, inside your existing ticketing system (Jira, Linear, GitHub Issues, whatever you use). No new tool, no extra effort on your end.
